STUDY — WHITE TO PLAY

The player

Franco. I'd rather spend an extra day on a data model than a month working around it later — most of the bugs I've shipped came from rushing exactly that. So these days I spend my time on API and schema design, and on keeping the surface small enough to fit in your head.

I learned to take the craft seriously by playing chess: both reward reading the whole board before you touch a piece. Right now my main move is engi-app, a platform for small and medium businesses to manage their networks and send mass surveys, and in parallel I'm developing Enrok, a platform that uses AI to generate chess improvement plans.
